National City Mortgage Correspondent Lending is pleased to expand our product menu to our approved Correspondents with the Home Quick processing feature.
Home Quick is a processing feature which offers a quick way for borrowers to obtain a home loan with simplified documentation requirements, resulting in speedier closing times. Well qualified borrowers who receive a DU Approval (no other AUS engine will be accepted) and who meet requirements of the program need to sign a 4506T at application and again at time of closing. It's that simple! Please note there can be no discrepancies, white outs and/or altered applications and the initial and final application must match. Additionally, the DU feedback will not negate the minimum credit score requirement listed in the guidelines. Fees for this feature will be reflected on the rate sheet under the Conforming Fixed rate programs.
